نستعرض في هذه الجلسة ثلاثة نماذج أو مواقف لاحظناها في أكاديمية البرمجة وغيرها، صعّبت فيها الأمية الرقمية بين السيدات في اليمن عملية التحول نحو التعليم الرقمي الذي تهيأت أجواؤه أثناء تفشي جائحة كوفيد-19 (كورونا). تتعرّض النساء لمواقف مختلفة: الأول، الأمية الرقمية في مجتمعاتهنّ؛ والثاني، معاناتهنّ شخصياً من الأمية الرقمية؛ والثالث، الاثنان معاً.
In this discussion, we will present 3 examples we came across in the Programming Academy and elsewhere in which digital illiteracy among women in Yemen made the transition towards e-learning more difficult during the COVID-19 pandemic. In each example, the woman or girl is faced with a different situation: In the first example, they are faced with digital illiteracy in their community; in the second, they themselves suffer from digital illiteracy; and in the third, they are faced with both of these situations at once.
